When you create a note, we automatically send an email notification to the email address you have configured (if provided). This email serves as a timestamped record of when the note was created. The email contains:

- A partial note ID for reference
These emails are sent through our email service provider and are stored by your email provider according to their privacy policies. We do not store copies of these emails on our servers beyond the delivery process.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your information:
- Access: You can access and review your account information and notes at any time through your account dashboard
- Modification: You can update or correct your account information, notes, and children information at any time
- Deletion: You can delete your notes, children information, or your entire account at any time
- Account Sharing: You can add or remove authorized users from your account at any time
- Email Notifications: You can update or remove your email address for timestamp notifications at any time
- Account Closure: You can delete your account at any time, which will permanently delete all associated data
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and notes, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information.
Note that email notifications sent to your email provider are subject to your email provider's retention policies and are outside our control.
Children's Privacy
Our service is designed for parents to document their parenting activities. While you may add information about your children (such as names) to organize your notes, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
